Role Description The Consultant Intensivist will provide comprehensive critical care management for ICU patients supported by eNext ICU, ensuring timely clinical decisions and evidence-based interventions. Daily responsibilities include assessing patients, formulating and updating treatment plans, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and guiding junior clinicians and nursing teams.



The role involves active participation in remote monitoring workflows, collaborating with tele-ICU teams, reviewing clinical data and alerts, and communicating effectively with on-site hospital staff to optimize patient outcomes. The Consultant Intensivist will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocols, and documentation standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gorakhpur.
Qualifications
Advanced clinical expertise in critical care medicine, including diagnosis, stabilization, and ongoing management of critically ill patients.
Strong skills in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and use of ICU technologies and devices.
Proficiency in interpreting complex clinical data, laboratory results, imaging, and electronic health records for rapid decision-making.
