Services Specialist, Finance Services- Hyderabad

The Global ADM (Alternative Delivery Model) Management team is responsible for posting and maintaining personnel records, uploading and verifying time entries, reconciling invoices related to ADM resources in the S4 system, recording the posting of invoices, releasing the accruals for posted invoices and performing a periodic reconciliation of the accrual accounts. This team is also responsible for maintaining all the necessary tables and mappings required for this process to operate and flow. The team coordinates with and supports Finance teams in different geographies to reconcile and report ADM services, as well as the Delivery Centers, internal technology teams, Interfirm and PTP.

Work you’ll do

The key job responsibilities include the following:

Liaison between technology and finance, as the subject matter expert on ADM processes and impacts, to ensure systems and methods are correct and produce accurate results.




Collaborate with Business Controllers and Leaders to understand their business model and assist in ensuring appropriate data is implemented in the system.
Coordinate and implement new or improved standardized processes, providing status updates to relevant leaders.
Overseeing the onboarding and transitioning of current service, geographies or delivery centers
Document and monitor internal controls, process improvements, and educate various stakeholders.
Perform complex adhoc queries for the team and stakeholders.
Complete quality reviews to ensure accuracy in team output and understanding in processes
Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls and apply them.
Effectively communicate and manage the stakeholders of the process.
Identify inefficiencies in the processes or areas of risk and work with management to establish new controls and reporting solutions.
