About The Role

The Salesforce Support Engineer role at Birlasoft is a critical position responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's Salesforce applications to ensure seamless business operations. This role involves providing comprehensive support for Salesforce environments, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing solutions to optimize system performance. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Salesforce administration, support, and troubleshooting,



with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including business users, development teams, and external vendors. Based in Pune (Balewadi), this position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the digital transformation initiatives of a global enterprise. The role requires a commitment to excellence, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs. Immediate joiners within 15 days are preferred, with a work schedule of five days in-office per week.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have between 2 to 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration and support. A strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities is essential, along with hands-on experience with Salesforce security architecture, access management, and Flow automation.
