About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Administrator/Executive to support our US Human Resources operations. The successful candidate will be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore and will play a vital role in managing day-to-day HR activities related to our US-based employees and consultants. This position requires someone with prior experience supporting US employees within the IT services, technology consulting, or staffing industry, and who is comfortable working US business hours.



The HR Administrator/Executive will be responsible for handling employee lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with employment policies and regulations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations is required, with specific experience supporting US-based employees and consultants. Candidates must have a solid understanding of US employee onboarding, personnel documentation, benefits administration, timesheets, and HR compliance processes. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, is necessary.
