Role Description The Construction Consultant role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Gurugram.
The Construction Consultant will review construction contracts and Construction project documentation, analyze cost and billing data, and support audit activities to identify variances, non-compliance, and cost-saving opportunities.




Daily responsibilities include collaborating with project owners and internal teams, preparing audit workpapers and reports, conducting site-based and remote inspections, and assisting in pre-construction and close-out reviews.
The role also involves contributing to the development of best practices, participating in client presentations or training sessions, and maintaining accurate records and documentation to support project findings.

Qualifications
Solid knowledge and practical experience in Construction, including understanding of contracts, cost structures, and project documentation.
Hands-on experience in Inspection activities related to construction bills, contract compliance, and verification of completed work. Identify Risk and create observations.
