Job Title: Atlassian Administrator / Jira Specialist Experience:5 to 8 Years Job Location: Gurugram. Notice Period: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. Design and implementend-to-end solutionstailored to business requirements. Perform Jira configuration, customization, and workflow management. Manageproject setup, maintenance, and migrationactivities. Configure and support Atlassian Cloud environments. Develop automation scripts using Python or other scripting languagesfor reporting and process improvements. Integrate Jira and Confluence withthird-party tools and systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Present and explain technical solutions in aclear, business-friendly manner. Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability of Atlassian platforms. Required Skills & Experience:



Solid expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem(Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). Deep hands-on experience in Jira administration, configuration, and customization. Experience in Atlassian Cloud configuration and management. Proficiency inscripting (Python or similar)for automation and reporting. Experience in integrating Atlassian tools withthird-party applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
