Key Responsibilities:
Carbon Project Management
Oversee project monitoring and ensure compliance with relevant methodologies and requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project implementation efficiently.
Translate field-collected data and management practice changes into audit-ready carbon documentation.
Carbon feasibility assessments and methodology applicability reviews for new project geographies, crop systems, and practice bundles.
Oversee and guide the team in monitoring in office project activities to ensure compliance with approved methodologies and best practices.
Ensure effective Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) by reviewing field data, reports, and compliance documents for carbon credit issuance.
Track and manage project progress,



ensuring timely submission of documents and reports to standard bodies and stakeholders.
Maintain project data systems required for carbon accounting, including farm-level activity data, monitoring reports, emission reduction calculations, and documentation.
Liaise with third-party auditors to defend validation and verification and ensure timely registration and issuance.
Develop knowledge and contacts in the evolving compliance and voluntary markets and related governmental frameworks.
Liaise with project partners and stakeholders to support daily business operations.

Qualifications
Master's degree in forestry, environmental science or related fields with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Telugu speaking fluency requirement is must.
2-5 years in voluntary carbon markets, with demonstrated ownership of at least one PDD through registration.
Working knowledge of Verra (VCS), Gold Standard, and/or Isometric pr
