Strong expertise inspam & abuse mitigation
Hands-on experience with Splunk, SIEM. EDR
Strong understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Experience managing operations in a24×7 setting
Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills
Experience with Proofpointand email security workflows is highly desirable Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure SLA, productivity, and quality targetsare consistently achieved
Monitor and analyze trends inspam, phishing, spoofing, and email abuse
Drive proactive mitigation strategies and security improvements
Conductincident reviews, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) , and implement corrective/preventive actions
Leverage Splunkto build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights
Ensure compliance with SPF, DKIM, DMARCand other email security standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multi-vendor partners
Drivecontinuous improvement, process optimization, and automation
