Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DM/AM/SAM role based in Nuapada. The role involves recruiting Life Mitra/ Advisors, driving business development for life insurance products,



managing and expanding the local customer base, and meeting sales and revenue targets through ethical and customer-centric practices. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, explaining product features and benefits, supporting policy issuance and servicing, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams and agents, tracking market trends, and providing regular performance reports. The DM/AM/SAM is expected to promote SBI Life’s brand, uphold compliance with regulatory guidelines, and contribute to a positive and professional branch setting.
