Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner.

Perform load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing across different applications.

Utilize Dynatrace for monitoring application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and analyzing root causes.

Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to improve system performance.

Prepare detailed performance test reports and provide tuning recommendations.

Develop and maintain performance test strategies, plans, and documentation.

Conduct post-release performance validations to ensure stability and scalability.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner (VuGen scripting, Controller, Analysis).

Expertise in Dynatrace for application monitoring and performance diagnostics.

Strong understanding of performance testing lifecycle and methodologies.

Experience in analyzing performance metrics (CPU, Memory, Disk I/O, Network, etc.).

Valuable knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and databases.
