What you'll do

- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google (Search + PMax) and Meta for both lead gen and D2C revenue
- Set up tracking and conversion events — GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API
- Design and refine funnels: landing page strategy, CRO, A/B tests on creatives and pages
- Build media plans, forecast results,



and report performance clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Find what's working and scale it without breaking the ROI

What you bring

- Proven results on Google Search/PMax and Meta Ads for lead gen and D2C
- Hands-on with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution setup
- Robust funnel, CRO, and media-planning instincts backed by data
- Bonus: LinkedIn Ads / B2B lead gen and marketing automation experience
- Sharp analytical thinking and clear communication across teams

Agency or growth-stage experience is a big plus.
