We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive with 1 year to 3 years of hands-on experience in paid ads.

If you understand that performance marketing is more than boosting posts, and you want real exposure to strategy, scaling, and client growth, this role is for you.

What you will do:

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Run and monitor Google Ads (Search & Display preferred)




- Build campaign structures from scratch
- Analyze metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
- Improve lead quality and conversion performance
- Assist in creative testing and scaling strategies
- Work directly with the founder on live client accounts

Requirements:

- 1 year to 3 years of real campaign execution experience
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
- Working knowledge of Google Ads
- Understanding of lead generation & conversion funnels
- Analytical mindset
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work from the office in Surat
