Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Executive role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, social media, display, and other digital platforms.

The Performance Marketing

Executive will analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports to drive conversions and ROI for client projects. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with design, content,



and product teams, conducting audience and competitor analysis, managing budgets and bids, and testing creatives and landing pages. The role also requires staying current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute performance-focused campaigns.
- Ability to conduct Market Research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting campaign insights.
- Understanding of Sales processes and performance metrics to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), analytics tools, and A/B testing.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in interpreting performance reports and optimizing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
