The Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can own and scale our digital acquisition engine across Meta, Google and other performance channels.

This is a hands-on growth role where you’ll work closely with Brand, Creative and E-commerce teams to drive acquisition, conversions and profitable growth.

What You’ll Do

- Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital channels.
- Own customer acquisition and performance for D2C and e-commerce.
- Manage media budgets and drive profitable growth and solid ROI.
- Track and optimise conversion rates and attribution.
- Run A/B tests across creatives,



audiences, landing pages and funnels.
- Analyse campaign data and turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Work closely with Brand, Creative and E-commerce teams.
- Identify new channels, audiences and growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably D2C, FMCG or consumer brands.
- Proven experience managing ₹50L+ monthly spends across Meta & Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER and attribution.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and GA4.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Experience in scaling performance campaigns and owning growth numbers.

Someone who is hands-on, curious, experiment-driven and comfortable in a fast-moving startup.
