We're hiring a Performance Executive to run paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, with a specific focus on real estate lead generation. This is a hands-on execution role, you'll be in the ad accounts daily, managing live campaigns rather than reviewing dashboards someone else built.

Responsibilities

- Set up, run, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
- Manage budgets and bidding to hit cost-per-lead targets for real estate clients
- Run ongoing creative and audience testing to improve lead quality and cost
- Track and report campaign performance clearly to the team
- Work closely with the strategy team to align campaigns with client goals

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience managing live ad spend on both Meta and Google Ads
- Experience specifically with real estate lead generation campaigns
- Comfortable working with cost-per-lead and lead quality metrics
- Explicit communication skills for internal reporting and campaign updates
