Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven People Function Intern to support our People Function at the Mysuru Operations Plant. This role is designed for a fresher who wants to build a career in Human Resources while gaining practical exposure to People Management in a growing EV technology and manufacturing workplace.

The internship offers an opportunity to learn, contribute, and develop hands-on HR experience in a dynamic workplace, with the potential for conversion to a permanent on-roll position based on performance and organizational requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

- BBA, MBA or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in building a career in People Function.
- Enthusiastic, approachable, and self-driven personality.
- Valuable coordination and people handling skills.
- Basic problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with talent connect activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Coordinate with candidates, employees, and hiring teams to ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Support People Function initiatives at the Operations plant.




- Interact regularly with employees and understand their concerns, feedback, and requirements.
- Assist in organizing employee events, activities, training programs, and other people-related initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and People Function documentation.
- Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and other employee-related processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee information and records.
- Support day-to-day employee relations activities at the plant.
- Assist with statutory compliance-related activities and documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and relevant internal teams on People Function matters.
- Work closely with the Senior People Function Executive and different departments at the Mysuru plant.
- Support workforce requirements and other People Function activities as assigned.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
