Pega LSA Developer – Constellation

Experience: 9–18 Years

Location: Pune / Chennai

Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days per week from office

Mandatory Skills

- Valid Pega LSA certification – Mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation – Mandatory
- Strong experience in Pega application development

- Expertise in Case Management, Workflow, and Process Automation
- Strong experience with REST and SOAP integrations
- Experience with Pega Constellation architecture, Views, and App Studio

- Knowledge of Pega architecture, data structures, and rule resolution
- Experience in performance tuning using Tracer, PAL, and Log Analyzer

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable applications using Pega Constellation.
- Build complex workflows, case life cycles, and business processes.
- Develop and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, file listeners, and email listeners.

- Troubleshoot complex technical and integration issues.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Optimize application performance and follow Pega best practices.





- Work closely with business and project teams to deliver solutions.

Preferred Skills

- CSSA or CLSA certification
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge

- Agile/Scrum experience
- Pega deployment and CI/CD knowledge
- SQL and Data Modeling knowledge
