PCB - Quality Control Required Qualifications : Diploma / BE / Bsc in electronics Male / Female only Experience : Minimum one year experience in PCB QC Brief Job Profile Inspects and approves incoming materials by routine tests, conducting visual test, measurement tests - confirming to specification and rejecting non-complying materials and returning the same. Proactive communication with engineering team, purchase and vendor. Production in-process inspection, confirm specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production head.

Personlity requirement Serious and responsible personilty with thorough understanding of risk factors of deviations and non-compliance. Highly quality consious, process oriented, person of high integrity and self respect. Good communication skills with clarity.

High presence of mind and ability to multi-task.



Proactive personilty of immediately resolving issues.

Requirements Excellent vision including the ability to distinguish between colors and varying shades of color. Ability to read screen-printing symbols and component values. Good knowledge of color codes for resistors and capacitors.s etc.

Able to comprehend technical data, BOM and circuits. ISO internal audting as per ISO 9001-2015, drafting process and QMS, process control and implementaion, continous improvement, training capability. Must maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information.

MS Office programs (Word, Excel) Solid verbal and written communication skills in English, fluency in kannada. Knowledge of Tally inventry is an added advantage.
