Role Description The Payroll Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting and validating employee data, calculating earnings and deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.

The Payroll

Specialist will manage statutory compliances such as payroll taxes, social security contributions, and other regulatory requirements, while handling garnishments and other special payroll cases. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with HR and finance teams, resolving employee payroll queries, maintaining payroll records, and supporting audit and reporting activities.



The role also involves contributing to process improvements and ensuring payroll systems and procedures are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing, with experience managing end-to-end payroll cycles.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Payroll Services, including statutory compliances and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Candidates should possess experience with Garnishments and other specialized payroll situations, ensuring accurate calculation and documentation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with payroll software and spreadsheets, along with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with HR, finance, and management teams.
- Relevant experience in payroll or finance, preferably in a corporate or professional services workplace, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field, and familiarity with Indian labor and tax regulations, is preferred.
