Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive with 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing of 15000 Employees, statutory compliance, employee query management, and payroll reconciliations. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of payroll regulations, income tax, labour laws, and payroll systems to ensure accurate and timely salary processing. Exposure to HRMS implementation, payroll migration, and process automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
- Validate payroll inputs including new joiners, exits, salary revisions, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement and generation of payroll reports.
- Manage Company Car Profile
- Coordinate with Vendors and Internal Stakeholders.
- Maintain payroll records and employee master data.
- Prepare MIS reports, payroll analytics, and management dashboards.
- Reconcile payroll data with Finance and Accounts teams.
- Ensure accuracy of CTC structures and payroll components.
- Resolve employee queries related to salary,



Leave & Attendance, taxation, benefits, and deductions.

Audit & Controls

- Support internal and external payroll audits.
- Ensure payroll process compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security of employee payroll information.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax, and labour laws.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables).
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle large employee volumes and strict payroll timelines.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Payroll or HR certification will be an added advantage.
