TRION Law Partners LLP is looking to hire a Patent Paralegal with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our growing IP team.

The role will involve support in patent prosecution, docketing, filing formalities, client coordination, deadline management, and assisting attorneys with patent-related documentation before the Indian Patent Office and other jurisdictions.

Ideal candidate should have:

• 1–2 years of experience in patent paralegal / patent prosecution support

• Valuable understanding of patent filing procedures and timelines

• Strong drafting, documentation and organisational skills

• Ability to coordinate with clients, attorneys and foreign associates

• Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
