About WAHE

WAHE is a modern fine jewellery brand built around lab grown diamonds, thoughtful design and a more personal approach to luxury.

We are looking for a Partnerships & Alliances Lead who can help us build meaningful partnerships and create new opportunities for the brand.

This is not a role where you will simply manage existing partnerships.

We want someone who can find opportunities, start conversations, build relationships, pitch ideas and turn them into reality.

What You Will Do

- Identify and build partnerships with brands, corporates, communities, creators, influencers and other relevant businesses
- Develop new alliance opportunities that can drive brand awareness, customers and business growth
- Reach out to potential partners, pitch WAHE and build strong relationships
- Conceptualise and execute co branded campaigns, events, collaborations and marketing initiatives
- Explore corporate gifting and other B2B partnership opportunities
- Build relationships with premium communities, lifestyle brands and relevant ecosystems
- Work directly with the founders to identify and pursue strategic opportunities
- Take partnerships from idea → conversation → negotiation → execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
- Track partnership performance and identify opportunities to improve results
- Continuously research brands, businesses, communities and emerging opportunities for WAHE

We don’t want someone who says:

“I have been asked to do this.”

We want someone who says:

“I found an opportunity. Here’s what I think we should do.”

You should be comfortable making the first call, sending the first message, taking the first meeting and pushing an idea forward.

You will have a lot of freedom.

With that freedom comes ownership and accountability.

You do not need to have a specific degree or years of experience.

What matters to us is how you think, how you communicate and how you get things done.

If you are a fresher who is confident, curious, ambitious and believes you can create opportunities rather than wait for them, we want to hear from you.

Experience in luxury, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, premium consumer brands or startups will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
