Centre of Movement Medicine (COMM) is looking for a energetic, confident and driven professional to build and manage partnerships across the sports and healthcare ecosystem.

? Role: Partnerships & Sports Relations Executive

? Location: Delhi / Gurgaon

? Organisation: Centre of Movement Medicine (COMM)

? Experience: 1–4 years preferred

? Sector: Sports / Healthcare / Partnerships / Business Development

What will you be responsible for?

? Partnerships & Tie-ups

Identify and establish partnerships with sports academies, leagues, clubs, schools, colleges and sports organisations

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers

Identify opportunities for COMM to become the official physiotherapy / sports rehabilitation partner for sporting organisations

Drive partnership discussions from initial outreach to closure

? Athlete & Team Partnerships

Develop and manage athlete contracts and professional collaborations

Coordinate athlete partnerships, sponsorships and treatment arrangements

Build relationships with professional and emerging athletes, coaches and support staff

Ensure smooth communication between athletes, organisations and the COMM clinical team

? Communication & Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for external partners

Conduct meetings, presentations and partnership discussions

Prepare proposals, partnership decks and commercial offerings in coordination with the internal team





Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with existing and prospective partners

? Business Development

Generate new partnership opportunities for COMM

Maintain a structured pipeline of academies, leagues, teams and athletes

Track leads, meetings, proposals, conversions and ongoing partnerships

Work towards defined monthly partnership and business-development KPIs

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✅ Is confident approaching and speaking with academies, teams, athletes and senior stakeholders

✅ Understands the sports ecosystem and is genuinely interested in sports

✅ Is proactive, organised and comfortable with follow-ups and negotiations

✅ Can independently identify and pursue partnership opportunities

✅ Has strong presentation and proposal-writing skills

✅ Is comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Preferred background

Experience in sports management, sports marketing, business development, partnerships, healthcare partnerships or athlete management will be an advantage.
