Role Description The Partner role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lucknow, with flexibility for some work from home. The Partner will be responsible for managing relationships with multiple IT organizations, driving joint initiatives, and aligning business objectives across stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal and external teams, identifying new partnership opportunities, supporting contract negotiations, and monitoring project delivery and performance.

The Partner will also contribute to strategic planning, participate in regular review meetings, and ensure transparent communication between all parties. This role requires proactive engagement,



structured follow-up, and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong partnership management, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience in business development, account management, or consulting within IT or technology-focused environments.
- Proficiency in project coordination, performance tracking, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate with diverse audiences.
- Comfort working in a hybrid model, with the ability to collaborate effectively both in office in Lucknow and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in IT or management are an advantage.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Experience working with both private and public sector organizations is beneficial, along with familiarity with basic contract and compliance considerations.
