Role Description This is a part-time, remote Recruiter role focused on sourcing and engaging freelance and contract professionals for the DatoviaPlayHouse marketplace. The Recruiter will identify talent across multiple regions and skill sets, post and manage job listings, screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the selection process. Day-to-day responsibilities include building candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate records in recruiting tools, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.





The Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, ensure a positive candidate experience, and provide timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, talent pipeline development, and applicant screening.
- Experience with remote recruitment processes, interview coordination, and candidate relationship management.
- Proficiency using online recruitment platforms, job boards, and professional networking tools.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates across cultures and time zones.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Understanding of freelance marketplaces, gig economy platforms, or global talent networks is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate virtually with internal teams.
- Prior recruiting or HR experience in tech, digital services, or multilingual environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or relevant experience preferred.
