Role Description This full time, on-site Paediatrician role is based at Vrandavan Hospital in Jaipur. The Paediatrician will provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, including routine check-ups, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, and documenting clinical findings accurately.

The role involves coordinating care with other physicians and healthcare professionals, counseling families on child health, nutrition, and development, and participating in hospital protocols for infection control and patient safety. The Paediatrician is expected to support emergency pediatric cases,



contribute to clinical decision-making, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based pediatric practices.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage common and complex pediatric presentations.
- Demonstrated expertise in Pediatrics, including preventive care, growth and development assessment, and management of pediatric illnesses.
- Experience or training in Neonatology, including care of newborns, premature infants, and management of neonatal emergencies.
- Ability to work effectively with Physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and safe patient care.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and specialization in Pediatrics (MD/DNB or equivalent), with valid registration from the relevant medical council.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children and families, including clear explanation of diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory patient care, adherence to hospital policies, and continuous professional learning.
- Prior hospital-based pediatric experience and familiarity with electronic medical records are advantageous.
