PlotArmour Studio is looking for a Client Acquisition Intern to help build and manage the pipeline behind our next clients.

This is a hands-on role across prospecting, outreach, research, conversations, and pipeline management. You’ll work on real client opportunities, not simulated sales exercises.

What you’ll do

- Research businesses and identify relevant prospects
- Build and maintain prospect lists
- Run LinkedIn and email outreach
- Write and test outreach messages
- Follow up with prospects and manage conversations
- Understand prospect needs before introducing our services
- Coordinate discovery calls and meetings
- Maintain CRM and pipeline records
- Support proposals with research and context
- Track outreach performance and experiment with different acquisition approaches

What we’re looking for
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable reaching out to people you don’t know
- Persistent without being pushy or spammy
- Positive at research and finding relevant information
- Commercially curious and interested in how businesses operate
- Able to take ownership of tasks and follow through

Good to have




- Previous experience in sales, outreach, business development, or community building
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, or lead-generation workflows
- Experience working with startups, agencies, founders, or client-facing teams

What you’ll actually work onYou could be responsible for:
- Building a prospect pipeline for a new client vertical
- Testing an outreach sequence and iterating based on real responses
- Researching prospects before founder/client calls
- Managing follow-ups for active opportunities
- Supporting a live deal from first contact through proposal

How you’ll be evaluatedWe care less about how many messages you send and more about the quality of the work.

- Consistency of follow-through
- Pipeline ownership
- Ability to learn from responses and improve
- Contribution to actual client acquisition
