Success Tales Media is a Pune-based personal branding and content marketing agency. We help doctors, healthcare professionals, coaches, consultants, and founders build powerful personal brands through organic short-form video content — with deep strength in the Marathi-speaking Maharashtra market.
We're looking for a Sales Executive to own our sales pipeline end-to-end — from first outreach to booked discovery call.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients via DM, WhatsApp, calls, and email
- Follow up and nurture leads until they're sales-ready
- Take first discovery calls — understand client needs, explain our services, and qualify leads
- Maintain a CRM/tracker of every lead's status
- Hand off qualified leads to the closing team
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers with robust communication skills are welcome)
- Confident spoken English, Hindi, and Marathi — comfortable on calls
- Based in or near Pune, or open to a hybrid setup
- Hungry, coachable, and target-driven
Compensation: ₹10,000/month base + monthly performance-based commissions
