Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Order Management Executive role based in Vadodara.

The Order Management

Executive is responsible for handling end-to-end order processing, including order entry, validation of customer requirements, and coordination with sales, procurement, and logistics teams. The role involves tracking order status, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate documentation in internal systems and customer records.



The Executive will communicate regularly with customers and suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and any changes or issues, while helping resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or product specifications.

The role also includes preparing basic reports, supporting inventory checks, and contributing to continuous improvement of order management processes.

Qualifications

- Strong order processing, documentation, and record-keeping skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and order management or ERP systems for data entry and reporting.
- Effective communication and customer service skills for coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of industrial products or engineering components; experience in valves or process industries is an advantage.

- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Vadodara and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented workplace.
- Preferred qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in order management, sales coordination, or supply chain support will be considered a strong plus.
