Key Activities & Accountabilities

:More than 10 years' experience as Technical Consultant

- Implement new functionalities to the existing Oracle 11i ERP
- working on is the technical development, deployments of the CSI's and projects
- Participate actively in the implementation of the ERP projects and enhancements in the specific area of competency
- Experience in Finance (AP, AR, GL, iExpense) and SCM (WMS, OM, INV, PO), Planning & EDI modules of Oracle
- Ensure the integration between the Project team, Support team and the business community
- Maintain the design model during the program implementation, implement approved enhancements and support the rollouts
- Should be able to independently handle projects and enhancements
- Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus professional interaction with all customers, contractors and vendors, both internal and external to Client
- Ensure design fits with current requirements and future business direction
- Ensure processes consistency
- Assist in facilitating change leadership interventions within process area
- Ensure timely issue identification, resolution,



and appropriate escalation
- Participate in status review meetings and provide timely feedback to team
- Communicate the functional and processes requirements to the development team by developing and maintaining design/technical documents (BR100/MD50/70)
- Supporting functional, integration testing and UAT
- Migrations/deployments/sharing knowledge and supporting the hyper care period after go live

Job requirement

- MSc/BSc degree in Business or IT
- 10% travel will be required on average

Experience

- Understanding of Supply Chain and Finance concepts
- Strong experience on implementing Oracle e-Business in the capacity of technical consultant
- Strong execution experience on RICEFW
- Previous experience on the following modules is a plus
- Logistics (WMS), TS, Repairs
- Finance Modules (FA, Cash Management)
