Consultation D04-Niche Offshore · Resource needs to perform these key activities among others - Develop Offer letters in ORC, Create recent Journeys and build custom reports · Hands on experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Recruitment Cloud module

· Analyze business requirements and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules to meet those needs.

· Implement and maintain Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Talent Management modules.

· Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM solutions.

· Collaborate with HR and other business units to improve talent management processes.

· Develop and deliver training for end-users on Oracle HCM functionalities.

· Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable performance.





· Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM updates and best practices.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.

· Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in Talent Management and ORC.

· Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management strategies.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
