Job Summary:
Deloitte USI is seeking an experienced Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Consultant to support and enhance international trade operations. This role focuses on performance management, process optimization, and ensuring compliance across GTM systems.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in GTM platforms, trade compliance, and system performance monitoring, along with the ability to collaborate across IT, compliance, and supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance of Oracle GTM systems and processes.
- Track system performance metrics and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Recommend and implement solutions to improve system throughput, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT, compliance, and supply chain teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Support GTM system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities.
- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and internal policies.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Work on integration touchpoints and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Global Trade Management (GTM) systems (Oracle GTM preferred).
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in performance monitoring and process optimization.
- Good understanding of global trade compliance and logistics workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot system and process issues effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle GTM implementations or support projects.
- Familiarity with integration tools and middleware.
- Exposure to performance tuning and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of supply chain and international trade operations.
