- Key Responsibilities:

- Work as a techno-functional expert for Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).

- Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and prepare functional and technical specifications.

- Develop, test, and deploy RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).

- Provide day-to-day support for production issues, enhancements, and data fixes.

- Perform setups and configurations in finance modules as per business needs.

- Coordinate with business users to gather requirements and perform UAT.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Support period closing activities and reconcile financial data between modules.

- Integrate with other modules like SCM, HRMS, and Projects as needed.

- Work closely with DBAs and developers to ensure smooth system operations.

- Required Skills & Experience:





- 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS R12 (preferably 12.2.x) in a techno-functional role.

- Strong hands-on experience in Finance modules – General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).

- Positive understanding of Oracle Application Architecture, Data Model, and APIs.

- Strong PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflow knowledge.

- Experience in RICEW development and support.

- Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions.

- Knowledge of month-end closing, financial reporting, and accounting processes.

- Familiarity with integration between finance and other modules (e.g., PO, INV, Projects).

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
