We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Education Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our team and help us connect with parents and convert enquiries into students.
About the Role
You will primarily work with our existing database of parent and student enquiries. Your responsibility will be to speak with parents, understand their requirements, explain our educational services, follow up with interested families, and convert suitable leads into enrollments.
This is a sales-focused role, so strong communication, relationship-building, persuasion, and follow-up skills are important.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to parents and prospective customers from our existing database.
Understand the student's academic requirements, subjects, grade, curriculum, and learning needs.
Explain Blue Flute's tutoring and academic support services clearly and professionally.
Discuss course options, packages, fees, and trial classes.
Handle questions and objections from parents confidently.
Follow up with interested parents through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule trial/demo classes and follow up after the trial.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions.
Reconnect with old and inactive leads to generate new enrollments.
Meet daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Work according to UK and Australian time zones when required.
