Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Executive role based in Ajmer. The Purchase Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including handling purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The role involves evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices and terms,



ensuring timely delivery of materials and machinery, and coordinating with production, stores, and finance teams to align purchases with operational requirements. The Purchase Executive will monitor inventory levels, support cost optimization initiatives, ensure adherence to company policies, and assist in vendor development for disposable products, packaging materials, and machinery components.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, with experience in accurate documentation and order processing.
Candidates should possess solid Purchase Management and Procurement skills, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and inventory coordination.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and management.
