TSG Exports is a third generation, Mumbai-based export house, trading in fresh produce, basmati rice, spices and dried goods, processed foods, and household consumer goods across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, North America, and Africa. Built on decades of logistics expertise, we work directly with Indian farmers and producers to bring lab-tested, internationally compliant products to global markets with an emphasis on trust, transparency, and quality.

We're expanding our team in Mumbai and hiring for two roles.

1. Export Specialist
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra (on-site, full time) Reports to: Founders / Operations Head

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced export professional who lives and breathes international trade, someone who knows export compliance, documentation, and shipping formalities inside out, and can manage the end-to-end export process for our agricultural and consumer goods shipments with zero room for error.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Manage the complete export documentation cycle: invoices,



packing lists, certificates of origin, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates, letters of credit, and bills of lading
2) Ensure full compliance with DGFT, customs, FSSAI, APEDA, and other regulatory requirements for food and agri-exports
3) Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs (Customs House Agents), shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure timely, cost-effective shipments
4) Stay current with changing export-import policies, tariffs, trade agreements, and country-specific import regulations across our key markets (Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, North America, Africa)
5) Liaise with quality control teams to ensure products meet destination-country compliance and lab-testing standards
6) Manage relationships with banks for LC processing, forex, and payment realization (BRC/FIRC)
7) Troubleshoot shipment issues, customs holds, and documentation discrepancies
8) Maintain accurate
