Role Overview

We are looking for a media-savvy marketing skilled to lead media planning and campaign execution for Boltt Smartphones. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across digital and traditional media, along with a sound understanding of the consumer electronics or smartphone category. The role will work closely with our outsourced media agency to develop and execute integrated plans that build awareness, strengthen consideration and support sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop integrated media strategies for smartphone launches and ongoing brand campaigns.
Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant digital platforms.
Support the planning and execution of television advertising campaigns.
Liaise with the outsourced media agency on media strategy, audience planning, budgets, campaign execution and optimisation.
Evaluate agency media plans, channel recommendations, reach projections and cost efficiencies.
Manage media budgets and ensure effective allocation across digital, television and other channels.




Monitor performance across reach, frequency, video views, engagement, consideration, traffic, conversions and ROAS.
Analyse campaign data and translate it into clear recommendations to improve media effectiveness.
Coordinate with creative, e-commerce, sales, product and PR teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
Track competitor activity, category trends, media innovations and evolving consumer behaviour.
Prepare regular campaign reports and present key learnings and recommendations to management.
Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on schedule and within approved budgets.

Candidate Profile:

3–5 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing or integrated marketing.
Prior experience in smartphones, consumer electronics, consumer durables or a related category is strongly preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Facebook and Instagram adv
