Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Manager role based at Skill Stork International School in Warangal. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle documentation for academic and non-academic staff.



The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data. The Human Resources Manager will support employee engagement, handle grievances, facilitate training and development initiatives, and collaborate with school leadership to align HR strategies with institutional goals. The role also includes managing payroll inputs, attendance systems, and supporting workforce planning to meet the needs of a dynamic international school environment.
