Key Responsibilities
Operational Finance
Supervise day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and ledger reviews.
Ensure GST compliance, filings, reconciliations, and audit coordination.
Monitor billing, revenue recognition, and pending billing.
Monitor accounts payable, receivables, ageing, and collections.
Manage banking transactions, facilities, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely monthly closing and finalisation of accounts.
Supervise finance and accounting activities across branches and factories.
Finance Management
Review financial and management MIS reports.
Prepare budgets and monitor actual performance against targets.
Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and payment planning.
Implement and monitor financial controls and SOP compliance.
Coordinate statutory, tax, GST, and internal audits.
Lead, allocate, review, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
