Role : Tech Lead / Senior Developer – Data & Analytics

Act as Team Lead / Junior Architect , guiding a team of developers through design decisions, code reviews, and best practices
Ownend-to-end deliveryof data engineering and analytics solutions for clients, from design through implementation and deployment
Translate business requirements intoscalable, well-architected technical solutions
Supportpre-sales activitiesincluding solution design inputs, effort estimation, and proposal creation
Conductcustomer demos, walkthroughs, and technical presentations , acting as a technical point of contact during client discussions
Ensure adherence todata governance, security, and quality standardsacross projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, includingdata analysts, data scientists, and business teams
Stay current with emerging tools and patterns in the data platform space and evaluate their applicability to client problems
Skills Required
Technical Skills – Must Have




Microsoft Fabric(Data Engineering), or Power BI– semantic modelling, DAX, report/dashboard development
Microsoft Purview– data cataloguing, governance, and lineage tracking
SQL and data modelling– dimensional modelling, star/snowflake schema design
ETL/ELT design and developmentusing tools such as Azure Data Factory
Solution and architecture design skills, with the ability to build reusable accelerators, Po Vs, and reference solutions
At least 1 domain of prior project/client experience: BFSI, Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS), Retail, Manufacturing, or IT
Technical Skills – Nice to Have
Azure Databricks– Spark-based data engineering and processing
Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2)and Azure SQL Databasefor data storage
Pythonor another programming language for data engineering tasks
Azure Dev Ops– CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
Exposure tobig data technologies(Spark, Hadoop)
