Job Summary
The position will be responsible for managing logistics, warehouse operations, import/export documentation, transportation coordination, demo machine movements, spare-parts movement, and coordination with third-party warehouse service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage import and export documentation and related logistics activities.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of shipping and customs-related documentation.
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory movement.
Coordinate closely with transportation companies, courier partners, and logistics service providers to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare and manage GST E-Way Bills wherever applicable.
Track the movement and location of demo machines and ensure proper documentation.




Coordinate the internal issue and receipt of spare parts required for servicing activities.
Maintain accurate records of warehouse receipts, issues, transfers, and dispatches.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for movement of machines, equipment, and spare parts.
Manage day-to-day operations with the third-party warehouse service provider.
Monitor warehouse service levels and ensure adherence to agreed processes and timelines.
Support stock reconciliation and investigate discrepancies where required.
Ensure compliance with company processes, applicable statutory requirements, and logistics controls.
Coordinate with Finance, Service, Sales, Procurement, and other teams on logistics-related matters.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
8-10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operati
