About the Role:
Engineer, SW - Platform is responsible for designing, developing, and automating T-Mobile's data, infrastructure, and workload orchestration platforms — with Control-M as a core scheduling and automation engine — that enable analytics and software delivery across the enterprise. This role builds resilient, scalable,



cloud-native systems that integrate software engineering, infrastructure, and operations, using Control-M to orchestrate complex batch workflows, cross-platform job dependencies, and enterprise-wide scheduling to drive automation, efficiency, and reliability. The engineer develops infrastructure as code, administers and automates Control-M environments (servers, agents, jobs, and calendars) via CLI/AAPI, and creates reusable services and tools that accelerate delivery. This position bridges DevOps, Data Engineering, and Platform Operations disciplines — with Control-M administration and job orchestration as a central responsibility — and directly supports T-Mobile's builder culture and cloud transformation strategy.
