Performance Incentives: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000/month
Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹48,000 – ₹92,000+

About Shramii

Shramii is building a technology-driven platform for the security and manpower industry. We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Lead Manager to manage and grow our telesales team and drive B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and lead a team of Telesales Executives
* Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly team targets
* Track calls, follow-ups, leads and conversions
* Train and coach executives on sales pitches and objection handling
* Support the team in closing important leads and clients
* Monitor individual and team performance
* Develop strategies to improve conversion and sales productivity
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback




* Ensure proper follow-up with prospective clients
* Take ownership of overall telesales targets and revenue
* Report sales performance and market feedback to management

Candidate Requirements

* 5+ years of sales experience
* Prior experience in team handling / telesales management
* Experience in SaaS, B2B sales or Security Services strongly preferred
* Candidates currently or previously working with SaaS or Security Companies will be given preference
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets
* Solid leadership and team-management skills
* Graduate or Postgraduate
* MBA candidates will be highly preferred

* Candidate must be based in Delhi NCR
* Personal laptop is mandatory
* High-speed and reliable internet connection is mandatory
* Comfortable managing a telesales team remotely
* Must be available during regular working hours
