Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultantwith8+ years of Oracle ERP experienceand strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. Candidates with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)domain experience are highly preferred. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and client-facing activities. Key Responsibilities
Leadbusiness requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional workshops.
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
Expenses
Analyze and support EPC-specific finance processes includingproject accounting, project billing, subcontractor billing, revenue recognition, retention accounting, cost allocation, and financial controls.
Drive end-to-end implementation activities including CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support.




Preparefunctional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and business process documentation.
Supportperiod-end close, statutory reporting, reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting.
Work closely with technical teams onintegrations, reports, data migration, and extensions.
Provide functional leadership and mentor junior consultants.
Engage directly withclient stakeholders, business users, and project teamsin a client-facing onsite environment. Mandatory Requirements
8+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
Solid hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
Strong expertise in multiple Oracle Finance modules, particularly GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses.
Proven experience inend-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
Strongclient-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in anonsite/client-facing
