ABOUT THE ROLE
Malhotra Realty is a Ludhiana-based real estate developer with projects including The Wilton, Imperial Golf Estate, M Square and Imperial. The Liaison function secures the approvals, licences and clearances our projects need at every stage — from land acquisition through to completion and handover.
We are looking for someone who can own this function: plan what each project needs, take applications through to sanction, keep our relationships with the concerned departments solid, and keep the management team clearly informed. The role has real independence in the field and direct access to senior management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Approvals, Licences & NOCs
• Manage the full approval cycle for each project — preparing and submitting applications, following up, resolving departmental queries, and seeing each file through to sanction.
• Handle Change of Land Use (CLU), coloniser licences, layout and building plan sanctions, and revised plan approvals.
• Obtain project-stage clearances such as Fire NOC, pollution control consents, environmental clearance where applicable,



tree-felling permission, water and sewerage connections, and electrical load sanctions.
• Drive completion, part-completion and occupation certificates through to issue.
• Track the validity of every sanction and licence, and initiate renewals well before expiry.

Departments & Authorities
The role involves regular engagement with:
• Development & planning: GLADA, PUDA, Department of Housing & Urban Development, Town & Country Planning.
• Local body: Municipal Corporation Ludhiana and relevant Municipal Councils — building, tax, water supply and sewerage branches.
• Revenue: DC office, SDM, Tehsildar, Sub-Registrar and Patwari for land records, mutation, demarcation and registration.
• Regulatory & utilities: RERA Punjab, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Fire Services, Labour Department, PSPCL and other utility departments.
