? We’re Hiring: Business Development Intern | Brand Partnerships

Midnight Media | Remote | India

Midnight Media is looking for a Business Development Intern to join our Brand Partnerships team.

This is not a passive internship where you simply research leads or send emails. You’ll be directly involved in finding brands, reaching decision-makers, starting conversations, pitching Midnight Media, setting up meetings, and helping convert opportunities into brand partnerships.

What You’ll Do
• Research and identify relevant brands, startups, D2C companies and businesses for potential collaborations
• Find and reach out to founders, marketing heads, brand managers and decision-makers
• Conduct outreach through cold email, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp and phone calls
• Introduce Midnight Media and pitch our influencer marketing, creator campaigns and brand partnership solutions
• Initiate conversations and convert cold leads into qualified opportunities and meetings
• Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
• Coordinate with the team on proposals,



campaign ideas and brand requirements
• Research new opportunities, markets and potential partnership avenues
• Maintain an organised database of prospects, conversations, follow-ups and outcomes
• Take ownership of targets and contribute directly to Midnight Media’s business growth

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable speaking with founders, marketing managers and senior decision-makers
• Someone who is proactive and not afraid of cold outreach or cold calling
• Valuable understanding of social media, creators, influencer marketing or digital marketing
• Target-oriented and comfortable working independently
• Strong research and follow-up skills
• Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting for tasks
• Willingness to learn sales, business development and brand partnerships

Good to Have

• Previous experience in sales, business development, lead gen
