This is a Medical Affairs role- the focus is onnon-promotional scientific exchange, and medical education ,



operating under strict medical–commercial separation and a compliance-led model. Based in Bangalore, the role partners with Field Medical (MSLs), Medical Information, Medical Communications, Compliance, Data Privacy, and Technology teams to design CRM-driven HCP engagement, segment scientific audiences, and operationalize compliant interactions through the CRM. You will translate medical-strategy needs into scalable CRM capabilities, define success metrics aligned to medical objectives, and drive continuous improvement through experimentation and insight. The role requires strong cross-functional stakeholder management, deep regulatory fluency, and hands-on leadership to deliver measurable impact across brands and therapy areas.
