Accounts & Finance Manager

SUPR is growing fast, and with growth comes a lot of money moving in a lot of directions.
Thousands of orders going out.
COD settlements coming in.
RTOs coming back.
10+ vendors with different payment cycles.
Shipping reconciliations. Customer refunds. Inventory. GST. TDS. Ad spends.
We need someone who can make sense of all of it.
This isn’t a role where you’ll close the books once a month and call it a day. We want someone who can help us understand where every rupee is coming from, where it’s going, and what we should do next.
What you’ll own
• Daily COD, payment gateway, bank and shipping reconciliations
• Accounts payable/receivable and vendor payment cycles
• Daily cash flow tracking and working capital planning
• Customer refunds, RTOs and logistics reconciliations
• GST, TDS, invoicing and other day-to-day compliances
• Weekly sales and collection reporting
• Monthly MIS and P&L; preparation
• Inventory, COGS and purchase reconciliations
• Keeping our books clean,
accurate and up to date
• Coordinating with our CA, vendors, banks and other partners
But we don’t just want someone who can maintain accounts.
We want someone who can help us understand the business through numbers.
Build dashboards. Spot leakage. Flag problems before they become problems. Tell us why cash flow changed this week. Help us understand what we’re spending too much on.
And increasingly, figure out how AI and automation can make finance smarter and faster instead of doing everything manually on Excel forever.
You’ll probably be great at this if
• You have 2–5 years of hands-on accounts/finance experience
• You’re very comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software
• You understand GST, TDS, reconciliations and Indian accounting basics properly
• You’re comfortable dealing with high transaction volumes
• You have strong attention to detail without needing someone to constantly follow up
