Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Executive – IT Infrastructure & System Support to manage and support IT infrastructure, network operations, and end-user services across our Pune office and branch locations in India. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, and technical troubleshooting.
This role requires ownership of day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure support, incident management, and collaboration with internal stakeholders, global IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & End-User Support




Provide L2/L3 technical support for hardware, software, network, infrastructure, and connectivity-related issues.
Manage day-to-day IT operations for Pune GCC and branch offices across India.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, peripherals, and business applications.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests while maintaining high user satisfaction.

Network & Security Management
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet connectivity, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Support VPN, SD-WAN, network security solutions, and secure remote access.
Perform infrastructure health checks, preventive maintenance, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with security teams on vulnerability management, patching, compliance, and endpoint security initiatives.
