About the Role
We are looking for a Placement Manager / Corporate Outreach to build and strengthen corporate partnerships and generate placement opportunities for learners across Amity Executive Education programs. The role focuses on employer engagement, internships, placements, career initiatives, and industry collaborations.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
● Build and manage relationships with corporates, startups, and recruitment partners.
● Generate placement and internship opportunities across all executive programs.
● Drive employer outreach through meetings, networking, and partnership initiatives.
● Coordinate placement drives, interviews,



career fairs, and recruitment events.
● Maintain a pipeline of hiring partners and job opportunities.
● Collaborate with Career Services to prepare students for interviews and hiring processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Achieve monthly and quarterly placement opportunity targets.
● Onboard new hiring partners and maintain active corporate relationships.
● Ensure timely execution of placement drives and interview schedules.
● Track placement conversions, internships, and employer engagement metrics.
● Maintain high employer satisfaction and repeat hiring partnerships.

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
● 5+ years of experience in Placements, Corporate Relations, Business Development, or Talent Acquisition.
● Robust corporate networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Experience working with universities, executive education, or EdTec
